Lieutenant General (retired) David Hogg, Advisor
LTG (ret) Hogg brings 34 years of military service to Archival Institute. He served as the U.S. military representative to the NATO Military Committee and was previously the Commanding General, US Army Africa. He has been awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star with “V” device, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan Campaign medals, NATO medal, and Combat Action Badge.
John Melkon, Senior Fellow
John Melkon is the Director for Civil Military Operations at West Point Military Academy with over 30 years of active duty and civilian Department of Defense service. He completed numerous tours in the Middle East, Africa, South East Asia, and Europe as an Army Special Forces Officer.
